他大学から進学された場合は，「アカウント利用確認」が必要です。
広島大学の学部または博士課程前期から進学し，名寄せが行われている場合は，「アカウント年度更新」が必要です。
名寄せ機能については，こちらをご参照ください。

名寄せされていると，アカウント年度更新の同意文の画面に「アカウント継続利用」として進学前のアカウントが表示されます。
このチェックボックスのチェックを外すと進学前のアカウントがロックされますので，ご注意ください。
アカウントがロックされると，進学前のアカウントのメールアドレスの引き継ぎやデータの移行等ができなくなります。
