本学では，すべての部局でコンピュータウイルス対策を行うよう定めています。
その方法の一つとして ESET for Mac を無償で提供しておりますが，使用していただくウイルス対策ソフトウェアについて制限しているものではありません。
したがって，本学で提供している以外のウイルス対策ソフトウェアをインストールしていただいても構いません。
ただし，本学で提供している以外のウイルス対策ソフトウェアについての具体的な操作方法や不具合等については対応致しかねますので，ご了承ください。

At our university, we mandate computer virus protection for all departments.  As one method, we provide  ESET for Mac free of charge. However, there are no restrictions on the antivirus software you can use.  Therefore, you are welcome to install antivirus software other than what we provide.  
Please note, however, that we cannot provide support for specific operational issues or problems related to antivirus software that is not provided by the university.
